Spring always comes early in South Carolina. So here at the Palmetto Swing Dance Association, we're kicking it off with our fourth annual Swing Into Spring weekend. We're bringing in some incredible instructors and we've added lots of great dances and competitions to the event to make this Swing into Spring an experience not to miss.

About the Exchange:

This has all the qualites of a Blues Exchange, but we are focusing on making this one heck of a party first and foremost.

Welcome to the official website for the Charleston Swing Dance Association's (CSDA's) fifth annual Charleston Lindy Exchange, CHEX5, being held from May 12-15, 2011 in Charleston, South Carolina. We're very excited to be hosting y'all again this year, and look forward to welcoming our lindy hop, balboa, and blues dancer friends and family back to Charleston in the year 2011!

Dances! Blues classes! More dances! NOTE: Because we are not charging for the Friday evening dance, the package pricing has changed. Yay for spending less money for the same amount of dancing!

Evening dance (Lindy)
Lesson = 6:30 - 7:30pm (free!), dance = 7:30 - 10:30pm
**Live music provided by the B Natural Jazz Quartet from 7:30 - 10:30pm**
