Monday Madness Lindy Hop Lesson with Huy Huynh and Tabitha Bassett

Huy's starting lessons back up with the new year. January will be a chance shore up your solid 6 count swing along with some new moves. February is time to add in lindy hop. In March we'll look back at the two months and compare the 6 count vs the 8 count swing. This will be the month that puts it all together!

Huy may be the best lindy lead in town. His rock solid basics, wonderful musicality, and great moves make him the perfect place to improve your dance!

beginner/Intermediate Lessons at UAH Fitness Center

Following the beginner, lesson, Tabitha will be teaching an intermediate lesson. Intermediate lessons are for anyone from those who have just learned basic swing to those who regularly dance out of town. This is your chance to learn new things, hoan your skills, and practice what you know.

In January we will be focusing on Charleston transitions. While we all know at least one way to get in and out of charleston or from one charleston style to another, this class is aimed at diversifying how you go between styles and making you comfortable using all of them.

Beginner Lessons at UAH Fitness Center

Tabitha will be back teaching true beginner swing dance lessons at the UAH Fitness Center this spring. These lessons are for anyone who has never danced swing and wants to start from scratch or who knows how to dance but wants to improve their basics, this is the lesson for you! We will start with no required knowledge and, by the end of the class, have you comfortably dancing at social dances.
