Shim Sham and Integration of Jazz Movement in Lindy Hop

"T'ain't What You Do" HSDS Workshop

Update: Online registration is now closed, but you can still pay at the door. We look forward to seeing all of you there!

What is that line dance that all the swing dancers know? How can I learn those moves? How can I spice up my Lindy Hop? If you've been asking these questions, you need to come to this workshop. This swing dance workshop is dedicated to the late, great, Frankie Manning taught by local veteran instructors Huy Huynh and Tabitha Bassett. This workshop will cover the SHIM SHAM LINE DANCE, how to integrate some of Frankie’s favorite moves into your regular partnered swing dancing, and Jam Circle moves/topics.

Registration: 12:30-1:00pm
Class 1: 1:00-2:00pm, Frankie's Shim Sham Swing Line Dance.
