It's that time again, time for dancing with the library stars! Come join in the fun as a participant or as an audience member. This is a chance for up and coming dancers to participate in a good-hearted competition. While there's only one winner, everyone has a great time!

Dancing with the Huntsville Stars is back at the Huntsville Madison Public Library! Last year we had a great competition including Leighanne Dauro, Rob and Kristen Bethlenfalvay, and the Garretts with special performances by Huy and Tabitha. Ultimately Kansas and Gabriel won it all. Rather than defending their crown, Kansas will be organizing this years competition with a whole new set of great Huntsville dancers!

Moondust is back! A dozen and a half musicians including their incredible singers are back for the new year. That Big Band sound is one you can never get to much of so come on out and howl at the moon! Check out more of moondust at http://moondustbigband.com/.
Thank you to everyone who came out to the HSDS dance last night with Moondust. It was definitely the biggest turn out we've had in years, well over 100 people! I think everyone had an incredible time. Thank you to Moondust for their wonderful big band sound and thank you to Huy for his excellent intermission DJ'ing. (And of course to the flying monkey who always provides a wonderful venue for us!) Thanks to Reuel for coming down, teaching the workshop, and then staying for the dances.
No sooner has one dance finished than we're planning for the next one! For the next dance we've rounded up bunch of musicians and crammed them into Moondust Big Band! Moondust is 17 (or more!) talented musicians putting that Big Band sound to your swing dance! Mark your calendar because the dances are only getting better!
