Come dance the night away with Blue Savoy!!
Blue Savoy is coming up from Birmingham to entertain and enchant us. Blue Savoy is definitely a favorite of HSDS and always gives us an incredible night. They've been working with us to find the right tunes so expect good Lindy, Charleston and Blues music with some nice and fast ones thrown in for good measure.
Free beginner lesson at 7:00pm. Band starts at 8:00pm.

Everyone's drop dead favorite folk swing band is back at the monkey, and with only a $5 cover! Christabel has entranced the Huntsville scene since she first appeared here in 2008. Unfortunately, they only visit Huntsville once or twice per year, but now's your chance. Her and the Jons will be gracing the monkey with their presence so grace her with yours!

What: HSDS Swing Dance Lessons with Gabe and Tabitha

It's coming to an end =(. May will be the last month for Tabitha and Gabriel to teach swing dance at the UAH Fitness Center. But they're going out with a bang!
The May beginner lesson will be Charleston. Since it's our last month, we're going to go off the beaten path and get into the Charleston you don't normally get!
The May Beginner/Intermediate class, by popular demand, will be a blues class! This is your chance to make your dance feel good. We'll be pumping you full of what makes blues feel good. So come out and celebrate the last month in style!
