It's almost here! The biggest swing dance event in Huntsville. International teachers Peter Strom and Naomi Uyama are coming for That Rhythm Thing! You've got a week to sign up and get ready because this is the best teaching you'll have ever got. A ton of Huntsville people (both veteran dancers and new ones) are coming as well as people from Nashville, Knoxville, Greensville, Asheville, Memphis, Tallahassee, Cincinati and Atlanta. You don't want to be the one having to hear about all the good dance second hand so be there!

The Rocket City Jazz Orchestra has become North Alabama's most active
and sought after jazz and swing big band. This 19-piece band delivers exciting
big band jazz, swing, and pop music. The band plays classics from Glenn Miller
and Count Basie, as well as big band arrangements of tunes from modern
performers such as Earth, Wind, and Fire, Brian Setzer and Phil Collins. This
eclectic repertoire ensures performances that appeal to dancers of all ability levels.
