Website Software Updates and Fixes
Just a quick note, we've updated the website server software as well as the website software it's self. We've also (hopefully) fixed a couple reoccurring errors:
- Errors related to uploading files (were due to an upgrade to the php libraries)
- Errors related to email notifications (most commonly seen when creating board proposals)
- The big one: Repeating calendar events showing up at the wrong time. (If anyone sees repeating events starting at midnight instead of their correct time, let me know as this was a manual fix.)
Creating a Proposal to the HSDS Board
The HSDS Board recognizes that there are many members of the Huntsville swing dance community which have good ideas for swing dance in Huntsville and the region. As such, we've created a proposal process. Anyone in the community is welcome to submit a proposal. please expect a minimum two weeks for consideration if not more, (depending on the date of HSDS board meetings).
